Directions from A11 to Broom Boats

  • Leaving the A11 you arrive at a roundabout. Take your 5th exit on to the A47 towards Great Yarmouth
  • Continue for around ten miles until you reach another roundabout. Take your 3rd exit directed Brundall. This is Cucumber Road
  • Continue along Cucumber Road which leads into The Street past Budgens, over the speed ramps until you reach a right turning down Station Road(Kudos Estate agents are on the corner)
  • At the bottom of the hill continue across the railway line & Broom Boats are immediately on your right.

Directions from A47 to Broom Boats

  • Continuing along the A47 from Dereham towards Norwich for 25 miles 
  • You will eventually reach a roundabout. Take your 3rd exit directed Brundall. This is Cucumber Road
  • Continue along Cucumber Road which leads into The Street past Budgens, over the speed ramps until you reach a right turning down Station Road(Kudos Estate agents are on the corner)
  • At the bottom of the hill continue across the railway line & Broom Boats are immediately on your right.
