Directions: From M11 and A11(M) from London
  • A47 east (signed Gt Yarmouth) exit for Norwich East (signed Thorpe and Sprowston)
  • Second exit at roundabout (signed Wroxham) on to ring road
  • Third exit at roundabout (A1151) to Wroxham
  • Over railway bridge, over Wroxham Bridge into Wroxham town.
  • Take the first right after the bridge (Church Street), then immediately right into Riverside Road.
The sales office is straight ahead beside the water, park under the Barnes Brinkcraft "Day boats" sign. Wroxham train station is approximately half a mile away.
